June, 2007Dear Friends and Partners,Summer is here and many families are taking their well-deserved vacation during this season. Neja and I hope that you invest this summer wisely into your spouse, family, and your local church. Other than your intimacy with God, there is nothing more important than these relationships. Actually, the quality of your bond with God is reflected and seen in your relationships with those close to you. So this summer, be sure to pour yourself into those God has given you and you will reap an abundant harvest of joy and peace. During the summer months, a peculiar thing happens in many churches and ministries. Although families’ incomes remain the same, the finances that churches and ministries rely upon seem to shrink and sometimes even dry up. Thank God that's not the case with KLM International. You, our friends and our partners, have always proven yourselves faithful. We have noticed that even when your expendable income is affected by high heating and cooling costs and outrageous fuel prices, your giving hasn't been impacted. We know that is why you are not swayed by the world's economy, but are governed by the economy of the kingdom of God. Thank you for your faithfulness. Your prayers and your gifts keep us active in the nations of the world, preaching the gospel to the poor and the unreached. As you continue to sow into the nations of world, God will continue to bring you a rich harvest of souls, finances, and blessings!
