| Through Jesus Christ, God has
made redemption available to everyone, but His offer of eternal
life requires a response. You can receive the free gift of
salvation by:
- Admitting you have sinned and cannot live up to God’s
standards on your own
- Asking for forgiveness and making the decision to turn
from sin
- Believing and declaring with your mouth that Jesus is
the Son of God, died on the cross and rose again
- Giving Jesus control over your life
What the Bible Says
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord,"
and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead,
you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe
and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess
and are saved.
